All services are subject to written agreement, quotation, or proposal approval.

3. 💳 Payments & Pricing

  • All project payments must be made as per agreed proposal terms.
  • A minimum advance payment may be required before project initiation.
  • Final delivery may be subject to full payment clearance.
  • Taxes (including GST where applicable) are additional unless specified.
  • Delayed payments may result in project hold or service suspension.

4. 📅 Project Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client cooperation.
  • Delays in providing content, approvals, or feedback may affect project completion dates.
  • Moondria Technologies is not liable for delays caused by third-party services or client-side issues.

5. 🔄 Revisions & Changes

  • Revision limits are defined in the selected package or proposal.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
  • Major feature additions after project approval will require a revised quotation.

6. 🔐 Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved project deliverables.
  • Moondria Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.

7. 🛡 Limitation of Liability

Moondria Technologies shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruptions
  • Data loss due to third-party hosting failures
  • Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups where applicable.

8. 🔧 Maintenance & Support

  • Support duration depends on the selected package.
  • Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement.
  • Issues caused by third-party modifications or unauthorized changes are not covered under free support.

9. 🚫 Termination

Either party may terminate services by written notice.
Any completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. 🔄 Modifications to Terms

Moondria Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised implementation date.

11. ⚖ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
