This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to purchases made through Moondria Technologies for software products, third-party software licenses, and physical gadgets.

2. Software Products
All software products, including digital downloads, license keys, and SaaS subscriptions, are considered digital goods.
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Software purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key or access credentials have been delivered.
- Refunds may only be considered if the software cannot be activated or used due to verified technical issues that cannot be resolved by support.
If a refund is approved, the license will be revoked immediately.
3. Third-Party Software
Moondria Technologies may resell or distribute software developed by third-party vendors such as hosting tools, plugins, antivirus software, or SaaS platforms.
In such cases:
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective software provider.
- Moondria Technologies acts as an authorized reseller or distribution partner and may not have control over the refund policies of third-party providers.
Clients are encouraged to review the vendor’s policy before purchasing.
4. Gadget Purchases
For physical products such as gadgets or electronic accessories:
Returns may be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Software orders can only be canceled before license delivery or activation.
- Gadget orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed according to the applicable policy.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Activated software licenses
- Used digital services or subscriptions
- Downloaded software products
- Products damaged due to misuse
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual communication before pursuing legal action.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
