2. 🚀 Project-Based Services (Websites, Apps, Custom Development)

🔹 Advance Payments

  • All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Once the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

🔹 Mid-Project Cancellation

  • If a client chooses to cancel after work has begun, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any remaining balance (if applicable) may be refunded after deducting completed work costs.

🔹 Completed Projects

  • Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • Approval of final design or deployment indicates project acceptance.

3. 🔧 Maintenance & Subscription Services

  • Maintenance plans can be canceled with written notice.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.
  • Services will continue until the end of the paid term.

4. 🛒 Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Premium themes or plugins
  • App Store or Play Store fees
  • Third-party software licenses

These are governed by respective third-party policies.


5. ⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind after work initiation
  • Delays caused by lack of client response
  • Failure to provide required materials
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes outside agreed scope

6. 📅 Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

7. 🔐 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
